Insulation Replacement
Full interior renovation of a nearly 100-year-old home, beginning with the careful removal of original trim, lath and plaster, and the old sawdust insulation within the walls and ceiling. New insulation and a proper vapour barrier were installed to improve comfort and energy efficiency, followed by fresh drywall and paint. The result is a cleaner, more efficient living space that maintains the home’s charm while bringing it up to modern standards.
Exterior Paint
Painted the exterior of a home using an airless sprayer, taking the time to do all the proper prep work for a good result. This included cleaning and sanding surfaces, as well as carefully covering windows, lights, and other fixtures. The goal was a smooth, even finish that looks good and will hold up over time.
